ITSC Pro License Agreement

The term SOFTWARE in this agreement refers to IT Screen Capture Professional
Please read the following terms and conditions before using SOFTWARE.
SOFTWARE is not free. It is subject to the terms and conditions below.
Using SOFTWARE indicates you accept the terms of this license agreement and limited warranty.
SOFTWARE is available in two versions:
1. Evaluation version.
2. Registered version.
Evaluation version:
1. You are hereby licensed to use SOFTWARE for 30 days for evaluation purposes without charge. To use SOFTWARE after the 30 day evaluation period, registration is required.
2. Distributing the evaluation version of SOFTWARE
You are hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the evaluation version of SOFTWARE according to the following conditions:
a. You may give exact copies of SOFTWARE evaluation version to anyone without a registration serial number or cracking software.
b. You may distribute SOFTWARE documentation in its unmodified form.
c. If you distribute SOFTWARE and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) you must provide prior email to IntuitiveTools at distribute@intuitivetools.net and tell us that you are distributing SOFTWARE and, if the SOFTWARE is being distributed with other media or software, prior written approval is required from IntuitiveTools. There is no charge for this approval.
Registering SOFTWARE
Registering SOFTWARE provides you with a clear license to use SOFTWARE and a serial number on a single computer.
If a multiple computer license is purchased, a total serial number iterations may be installed on the number of computers indicated by the license.
Registrations are fulfilled by:
1. Paying the registration fee and installing the registration serial number in SOFTWARE. For further information, visit the IntuitiveTools Web site at:

A single registered (clear license) copy of SOFTWARE may be used by a person who uses SOFTWARE on a computer on which SOFTWARE is installed and the serial number activated.
The serial number may be deactivated on a single machine and reactivated on another computer, providing is activated on only one computer at a time.
If a multiple computer license was purchased, each activated iteration of the serial number may be deactivated and reactivated on different computers, providing the total number of computers on which the serial number is activated does not exceed the number of serial number iterations purchased.

You may access an activated version of SOFTWARE through a network, providing that network users have each obtained individual licenses for SOFTWARE covering all computers that will run SOFTWARE from the network.
For instance, if six workstations will access SOFTWARE on the network, a six-user license is required.
Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments into which this software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing practices dictate that any new program should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data.
Users assume the entire risk of using SOFTWARE.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
